Hi all! ^^
It has been a hell of a week... raining cats and dogs, everyone mad about A Levels.. gosh and it's been a fast week... friday we celebrated val and yijia's birthday at kareen's house. I brought japanese curry that i cooked and i'm glad everyone likes it ^_^ thanks everyone i'll give u all the receipe some day.... yes some day.....
To start the day off we went to kareen's house and checked our exams results immed. and to my shock i got All Bs and B+ and 1 C! i was estatic but disappointed that i didn't get A for physio.... crap.... and i was DAMN SHOCKED i got C for chemistry. i was like WTFFFF!!!!! O_O
Then, we bought cake for val and yi jia but we ate that after we baked a brownie and ate the brownie first. It was real chocolatey and thick and real sweet but hey it was a good attempt! I feel sorry for kareen as we sorta messed her place up and stuff... heh heh ^_*
Anyway we had a great time watching movies - American Wedding 3 was a failure; apparently her DVD player sensed that we weren't like mature audiences so it refused to play it. first it read LOADING....... then after wards it read WRONG DISC. i was like WTH! wrong disc? then the disc got stuck in her dvd player. LOL wad a joke. we had to unpluck the entire thing and repluck and MS. GERALDINE actually saved the day! can u imagine? that irritating sotong (lol j/king dun mind ^^") saved the day!! wow! tt's all i can say......
We watched DOWN WITH LOVE and the movie was draggy and stuff but rene zellweger looked fabulous and very pretty. gosh it looked as if she belonged in that era! O_O and i HATE ewen mcgregor! i just think he's not a bit handsome at all! not charming too! EW!! y do my frens like him!!! no!!! gosh! but i have to admit he does have a great voice! *_*
So after that we cut the cake and it was fantastic. Manga mousse was fabulous and the candles were adorable! i'll post the pics when i have the time... currently at my fren's house slacking... sleepover! yea yea~
After the cake we wanted to take a group pic but WTH we had no digi cam so we had to use my hp camera which sucked coz' my hp camera could not stand up straight! nontheless, genius AMANDA thought of a way to do so! i sandwiched my phone between the phone and the ear piece and then tilted my camera to a certain angle and then pressed the countdown button. VOILA~ it was done. the picture was a little blur but hey! it's a cam phone for goodness sakes!
Haha so after much drama and messing up someone's place we slacked a bit at her house, before all going home~ sigh, nice day, fun but tiring T_T
